Here at ORACULAR ART™ our main priority is to provide stunning artwork and dedicated service to customers and clients.
We aim to resolve all customer queries and requests as soon as possible and keep our customers informed throughout the process. We will always endeavour to resolve any issue in a timely and efficient manner.
Privacy & Safety
Your privacy and safety are important to us. If you have an account on our website it is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. You must not authorise or permit any other person to use your account. It is your responsibility to keep your information confidential. We will never contact you regarding a payment that is not for an existing order. For an existing order, you will only receive a verification email to verify payment or to supply further details regarding identifying information.
We will not collect sensitive information about you. Third party banking may use your information provided to assist in verifying your identity.
In terms of subscriptions, you have the option to opt in and out at any time.

This website accepts the above payment options. We will place a pre-authorisation charge up to 1.70% + $0.30 per transaction on your credit/debit card at the time of purchase.
When placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and shipping confirmation email and tracking reference number.
Intellectual Property Rights
1.1 All trademarks, logos, content and imagery used on this Website is our intellectual property. You may view such materials on your screen. You may not otherwise use, edit, sublicence, retrieve, display, modify, copy, print, sell, distribute, download, hire, reverse engineer, or create extracts of or derivative works from, such material without OUR prior written consent.
1.2 I retain ownership and copyright of all artwork and content displayed on this Website. Artwork created in a bespoke capacity remains the property of ORACULAR ART® unless otherwise agreed to by ORACULAR ART® in writing.
1.3a) In the event of resale of an artwork, the client or buyer, must ask express permission of the artist ORACULAR of ORACULAR ART® to resell the artwork to another party or gallery.
1.3b) In the event ORACULAR of ORACULAR ART® grants the buyer permission of resale to another party either personal or to an organisation, ORACULAR of ORACULAR ART® will acquire a 45% commission forthwith.
1.3c) In the event that the artist ORACULAR of ORACULAR ART® is unable to provide permission, the artist's estate or individual legal representative will enact the clauses expressed in 1.3a and 1.3b and accept a 45% commission upon the behalf of ORACULAR of ORACULAR ART®.
1.3d) In the event the buyer of an artwork wishes to donate the artwork to an individual or organisation and/or pass the artwork to a family representative by means of heirloom or gift, express permission must be entered into by way of mutual agreement in writing by the artist ORACULAR of ORACULAR ART® or their legal or personal representative if the artist themselves is unable to be present by means of misadventure.
1.4 Anyone in breach of 1.1, 1.2 or 1.3 of these Intellectual Property Rights clauses as outlined in the Terms and Conditions of this Website will be prosecuted.
